These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services and the website operated by Orange County Automation ("we," "our," or "us") at orangecountyautomation.net, including any automated SMS and email messages we send on behalf of our business clients. By using our services or interacting with messages we send, you agree to these Terms.
Orange County Automation builds and operates automated communication workflows for local home-services businesses (plumbing, HVAC, contractors, and similar trades) in Orange County, New York, and the surrounding area. Our workflows handle lead acknowledgment, missed-call text-back, appointment reminders, and triaged replies to inbound messages on behalf of those businesses.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use our services or receive messages from us. By submitting a contact form, calling, or texting a number we operate, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Our platform relies on third-party providers, including Telnyx (SMS), Resend (email), Anthropic (AI message classification), and Hetzner (server hosting). Their availability and terms are outside our control. We are not responsible for outages or actions of these providers.
All content on orangecountyautomation.net, including text, graphics, workflow templates, and documentation, is owned by Orange County Automation or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute it without our prior written permission, except for fair-use purposes such as quoting or linking.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orange County Automation and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or our services will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months, whichever is greater.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Orange County Automation from any claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of our services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using our services and opt out of communications at any time by replying STOP or by emailing support@orangecountyautomation.net.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or our services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, New York, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
